 ArmBridge Tai Chi

Choose any 3 to do for 10 minutes plus

1. Wall palm touch, both legs - 30 on each side

2. Two cups water pouring drill -5 minutes

3. Double luo kua partner drill - 20 reps

4. Wall squats - 15 reps

5. Gravity drop to rebounding - 20 reps

6. Stair climbing method

7. Carry the Mountain with Chi - 5 minutes

8. IST conditioning series

9. Body tapping (self-massage)

10. Circle energy

11. 3-part waist series

12. Finger to wall drill

13 Penetration Feather touch
