在武(郝)式太極拳(Wu-Hao Tai Chi)中,
「開(Kāi)」與「合(Hé)」有兩個層次:

1️⃣ 宏觀原則(General Principle)
開(Opening, Kāi)
👉 丹田向外擴展(expand from Dantian 丹田)
👉 氣向四方(qi expands in all directions)
合(Closing, Hé)
👉 收回丹田(return to Dantian)
👉 氣內聚(qi gathers inward)
👉 這是:
✔️ 各式太極共通原則(Yang, Chen, Wu, etc.)
✔️ 氣的整體運行(overall qi movement)
2️⃣ 武郝細節(Wu-Hao Specific Mechanics)
開是背橫向鬆開
Opening = Back expands laterally
👉 背(Bèi, back)
👉 橫向(Héng xiàng, lateral)
👉 鬆開(Sōng kāi, release & open)
👉 意義:
✔️ 開表現在背部(expressed in the back)
✔️ 特別是:
肩胛(shoulder blades)
脊背(spine area)
👉 關鍵:
❌ 不是往前頂(not pushing forward)
✔️ 而是往後撐(expanding through the back)

很多人錯誤開法:
❌ 挺胸(chest expansion)
❌ 力向前(force forward)
武郝要求:
✔️ 含胸(Hán xiōng, contain chest)
✔️ 撐背(Chēng bèi, open back)
👉 結論:
👉 真正的開 = 背開,不是胸開

Closing = Qi sinks in the front
👉 身前(front of body)
👉 氣下降(qi sinks downward)
👉 意義:
✔️ 前面變虛(front becomes empty)
✔️ 氣向下沉(qi sinks downward)

身體內縮(physical shrinking)

開,不是向前撐,而是背橫開;
合,不是往內縮,而是前氣下沉。
